We are thrilled to announce the opening of The Gardiner Hotel, a brand-new venue that combines modern style with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. As we prepare to open our doors for the first time, we’re seeking experienced bar tenders to join us slinging beers and shaking tins. 

The Gardiner is run by the experienced team that launched the renovated Auburn Hotel in summer 2023. As one of our bartenders you will be front and centre in our customer experience. Whether you're pouring a pint of draught in the ground floor public bar, or filling flutes in our rooftop terrace bar, you'll be serving drinks at volume to a new crowd of punters in central Malvern. You'll be joining a brand new FOH team with plenty of opportunities for progression and development.

Whether you're a Malvern local yourself or travelling from further afield, the Gardiner is located right near Malvern Station and has ample council parking around.

Key Requirements:

• Experience behind a bar, with draught beers, classic wines and spirits
• Basic knowledge of Australian beers and wine varietals
• POS and cash handling
• Availability on nights and weekends
• Current RSA

Beneficial Skills:

• Barista/coffee experience
• Cocktail experience
